“Aloha! We’re Tricia and Logan, Big Island born and raised, high school sweethearts, and now raising our own family here on the island we’ve always called home.”
The Big Island is deeply woven into who we are. From hidden beaches and local food spots to favorite snorkeling coves and sunrise coffee runs, we love helping guests experience Hawai‘i beyond the typical tourist path. Having lived here our entire lives, we understand the true heart of the island, its culture, its pace, and the importance of treating the land and community with aloha and respect.
Kaiolu Collection Properties was created with the vision of offering more than just a place to stay. We believe travel should feel meaningful, inspiring, relaxing, and deeply connected to the environment around you. Each property is thoughtfully designed with a boutique, curated feel so that when guests walk through the door, they instantly feel welcomed, comfortable, and transported into island living.
We care deeply about the feeling our spaces create, from calming interiors and intentional design touches to creating spaces where families, couples, and friends can truly slow down and enjoy time together.
