The Alii Horizon Suite

Welcome to your perfect Kona escape. This newly refurbished, luxury beach-style retreat is designed for comfort and convenience — located within walking distance to Kona’s best restaurants, bars, beaches, and shops.

Spread across two levels, the suite features a luxurious king-size bed with a plush down pillow-top mattress and an en suite walk-in shower on the third floor. The second-floor living area features a cozy sectional sofa, 75″ TV, a half bath, and a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. Enjoy meals at the large wooden dining table or relax on the private lanai with ocean views and Kona’s legendary sunsets.

Two hideaway twin beds with down toppers can be combined into a Queen-size bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The unit includes in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed fiber optic WiFi, beach chairs, Tommy Bahama umbrella, boogie boards, and a soft cooler — available on request.

The second floor living area features a brand-new Queen pull-out sofa, TV, full kitchen, and dining for three. Step out to the private lanai — ideal for watching Kona’s legendary sunsets with the ocean breeze on your face.

Beach gear available on request: Tommy Bahama umbrella, beach chairs, soft cooler, and boogie boards. A coffee shop and sandwich spot are right across the street.

The Hideaway Studio

Welcome to your dreamy Kona hideaway. This newly refurbished, luxury beachy studio is designed for relaxation and convenience — perfectly located in the heart of Kailua-Kona, just a 5-minute walk to all the best restaurants, shops, and Kona has to offer.

The studio features a king-size bed with luxurious linens and down pillows, a walk-in shower in the freshly redone bathroom, and a cozy living space with two small sofas that convert to sleeper beds, TV, two-seater dining table, and a kitchenette with microwave, sink, dishes, glasses, and coffee maker. In-unit dual washer/dryer included.

Beach chairs, a large Tommy Bahama umbrella, boogie boards, and beach toys are available on request. A coffee and tea shop plus an amazing sandwich spot are right across the street for easy morning starts.
